62.Secretary to board, etc.
(1)There shall be a secretary to a board who shall be a public officer appointed by the district service commission.
(2)The secretary shall be a person with knowledge and experience in matters relating to land.
(3)The secretary to a board shall conduct the correspondence of the board, keep records and custody of the seal of the board and perform such other functions as the board may direct.
(4)A board shall have such support staff as may be recruited for the purpose in accordance with the public service regulations.
