52.Meetings of Commission
(1)The Chairperson shall preside at all meetings of the Commission and shall, in addition to his or her deliberative vote, have a casting vote.
(2)Where the Chairperson is absent from any meeting of the Commission, the members present shall elect one of their number to preside; and the member so elected shall have the powers and perform the functions of the Chairperson.
(3)The Commission shall meet for the discharge of its functions under this Act at least once in every two months at such place and time as the Chairperson shall appoint.
(4)Quorum at any meeting of the Commission shall be three, and any decision of the Commission shall be by consensus; but if there is no consensus it shall be by the majority of members present and voting.
(5)Subject to this Act, the Commission may regulate its own procedure.
