Whenever any transfer or lease of freehold land contains the words "Together with a right of carriage way over ________" (specifying or describing the road or roads over which the easement is created and referring to a plan endorsed on which the road or roads is or are coloured brown), those words shall have the same effect and be construed as if there had been inserted in the transfer or lease the words contained in Schedule 6 to this Act.
