6.Appointment of sworn valuers
(1)The Minister may appoint persons to be sworn valuers under this act and at pleasure annul the appointment of any such person.
(2)Every person appointed under subsection (1) shall within fourteen days from his or her appointment and before making any valuation under this Act take the following oath before a judge of the High Court or such other person as the Minister may appointβ
"I, ________, (name) do solemnly swear that I will faithfully and honestly and to the best of my skill and ability make any valuation required of me under the provisions of the Registration of Titles Act. So help me God.β
