14.Person claiming title by possession to post notice of application land
On any application to bring land under this Act on a title claimed by possession, the applicant shall post on the land the subject of the application or at such place as the Registrar directs a notice in the form of Form II of Schedule 1 to this Act, either accurately describing or necessarily including the land claimed by possession, and shall keep that notice so posted for not less than twenty-one days prior to the granting of the application; and the Registrar may refuse to issue the certificate until it has been proved to his or her satisfaction that the requirements ofthis section have been complied with.
