66.Qualification for appointment as member of committee
(1)A person shall qualify for appointment as a member of the committee ifβ
(a)he or she is thirty years of age or more;
(b)he or she has not been convicted of an offence involving moral turpitude; and
(c)in the case of the Chairperson, he or she is able to speak and write English.
(2)At least one of the members referred to in section 65 shall be a woman.
(3)At least one of the members referred to in section 65 shall be a person with knowledge and experience in matters relating to land.
