commits a misdemeanour and is liable, on conviction, to a fine of six currency points or to imprisonment for a term of three months, and may further be ordered by the court to pay the cost of repairing or replacing the survey mark or boundary mark and of making any survey rendered necessary by the offender’s act or neglect.
