It is also an offence to alarm, annoy, or ridicule the President. You have a duty to report knowledge of treason; failure can lead to life imprisonment.</p><h3>Offences Against Public Order</h3><p>Unlawful assemblies, riots, affray (fighting in public), and carrying weapons at gatherings are criminalised.
