A special court called the Leadership Code Tribunal handles cases where public leaders break the rules of conduct for leaders. Government officials, such as ministers or members of parliament, can be taken to this tribunal if they are accused of abusing power or acting dishonestly. The tribunal has the power to investigate, hear evidence, and make decisions, including removing a leader from office or banning them from holding public positions. If you are a public leader accused of breaking the code, you have the right to appear before the tribunal, present your side, and defend yourself. The tribunal must follow fair procedures, and its decisions can be appealed to the High Court.

There shall be a Leadership Code Tribunal whose composition, jurisdiction and functions shall be prescribed by Parliament by law.

 Article 235A provides for the establishment of a Leadership Code Tribunal to handle cases related to breaches of the Leadership Code of Conduct.
