119A.Deputy Attorney General
(1)There shall be a Deputy Attorney General who shall be a Minister appointed by the President under Article 114 with the approval of Parliament.
(2)A person shall not be qualified to be appointed Deputy Attorney General unless he or she is qualified to practise as an advocate of the High Court and has so practised or gained the necessary experience for not less than seven years.
(3)The Deputy Attorney General shall deputise for the Attorney General.
